It is fine going from week to week or fortnight to fortnight, whatever works best for you. I came off 91 days, then 16 days, have gone about 30-40 days on occaission as well. No real hard and fast rules, it can be really useful when doing this while trying to achieve a goal, this has real power for that.

@jojo – the question you need to ask yourself is why are you trying to get off porn ? If you continue to masturbate regularly even after quitting porn, your body is still abused by the harmful effects of masturbation.

@comeback- The reason for getting off porn is because I feel as though I’m addicted to it. Every fantasy I have is a pornographic image. I don’t get aroused by my own made up fantasies like I used to. When I’m with a woman, I do get hard but I’m not really turned on if that makes any sense? It also takes me forever to cum and then sometimes I can’t even do it. Watching porn also led to frequent masturbation and I’ve gotten to the point where I’m just sick of it all. I don’t fully want to leave masturbation out of the mix though. It would be awesome to know that I can reboot from the porn addiction and return to a healthy sex life while leaving in masturbation but keeping it to a very small minimum. Thanks for the responses people.
