I have seen a lot of people get this balance wrong, either by saving so much that they don’t let themselves enjoy their youth or spending so frivolously and not saving anything to be able to afford bigger goals ? or even worse, going into debt to do so. I used to hear people frequently ask me “how do you manage to go on so many holidays ? don’t you save?” Well, let me tell you, it’s taken me a while to crack the code but I now understand how to make the right choices about where I spend my hard-earned money.
